How it Works?
The videos are broken up into categories of body parts. Starting with Video 1 the categories are divided up of three days of exercise which should be done twice a week.
In Video 1 works on neck, upper back, mid back, lower back, and hips. For people with more severe cases of Fibromyalgia there is also Video 2, which is divided up into days also. This video targets wrists, forearms, lower biceps, legs, and ankles.
Video 3, which have not been released yet; focuses on facial exercises which target facial pain, trigger points, and headaches associated with Fibromyalgia. The exercises are designed to systematically loosen your muscles surrounding trigger point areas. While alleviating tightness, the exercises will allow you to increase your range of motion. Finally the exercises will breakdown and eliminate the inflamed trigger points, which are the primary cause of pain related to Fibromyalgia.
